I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life, and my journey in mental health began with a simple but powerful goal: to help others feel seen, understood, and supported. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and then working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and truly meeting people where they are. These experiences taught me that everyone’s journey is unique, and small acts of understanding can have a profound impact on someone’s life.
Over time, my passion for helping others led me to become a therapist, where I could combine my healthcare experience with evidence-based counseling to support clients in meaningful ways. I bring a curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to every session, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergent challenges. I focus on creating a safe, empowering space where clients feel confident to explore their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and make lasting changes.
Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of individuals toward emotional growth, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose. My mission is to continue supporting people as they discover their inner strength, learn to navigate life’s challenges, and create a balanced, fulfilling life because everyone deserves a safe space to heal and thrive.
